Courses, assessments, certificates and designations issued through HouseLink Zimbabwe Academy recognise successful completion of HouseLink Academy training programmes and may be presented as HouseLink-issued training credentials. They do not constitute a professional licence, statutory qualification, registration, accreditation, or authorisation to practise as an estate agent or any other regulated property professional in Zimbabwe.
HouseLink Zimbabwe Academy does not replace, represent, exercise the functions of, or assume the regulatory responsibilities of the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe or any other statutory, governmental or professional regulatory authority. Where a profession or activity requires registration, licensing, accreditation or other statutory approval, participants remain responsible for satisfying the requirements of the relevant authority before undertaking such activities.
HouseLink's training programmes are intended to provide practical education, skills development and knowledge relevant to the property industry and to HouseLink's own platform, systems and operational standards.
